Are you looking for real world or theoretical?

IDE has ATA/33, ATA100 and ATA133. Serial ATA has 150MBps and 300MBps.

SCSI has a lot of different speeds depending on the device and the card used. The faster of the SCSI specs are 160 and 320. Here's a table for SCSI.
