Hard Drive Installation with Win XP

Is there anything different to installing a 2nd hard drive on a windows XP system than Win 98?

nope. pop it in, and it should detect it. if you have to format it, once XP has booted go into computer management (under administrative tools), then drive management, and you can repartition/reformat to your heart's content.

Nah, as long as you have your jumpers set up right and the drive info is displayed when you start the computer, you are good to go.
