Hard Drive gone RAW : ( !!! NEED HELP Quick !!

hi , Today i restarted my computer and i got an error message "OS couldn't be loaded" >> something like that... so anyways i have two Hard drives in that computer :
1. 40GB = Windows XP NTFS (don't care about it)
2. 200GB = STorage drive NTFS (do care about it)

So i formated my 40GB and installed Windows xp again 🙂 then when i went to my COmputer and clicked on the D drive and a message came up "Do you want to format">> something like that. So I was like "WTF!". Then i went into admin tool and checked the drive through the snap in ect.. to find out that my HDD was raw 🙁 . I went online and downloaded a File recovery Program : Stella Phoenix (FAT & NTSF) . I did a scan on the HDD and everything was still on it.

now i just need to know which software should i use to make the HDD not raw ??? 🙁 So any can help me. Any Software recommendation to recover my whole HDD.
 
Not sure if this will work, but you could try right click my computer>manager>diskmanagement and then import that drive.
