Hard Drive Differences?

Can someone help me with a round up of the three drives? The YR has NCQ + a Five year warranty vs RE2 and Caviar SE16 w/o NCQ + a Three year warranty? Are they all basically the same drives? What offers the best bang for buck seeing as they are all around the same price?

Scratch the RE2, it and the YR are the same thing.
