Hard drive cooling + noise insulation

Does anyone know of a cooler for a hard drive that will also act as a noise insulator? Are there any commercial products out there that can do both? I've seen those drive enclosures at QuietPC, but they look kind of cheap looking for their price. Every material I can think of that insulates noise seems to also insulate heat, which is exactly what I don't want.

Or alternately, if anyone found a homemade way of cooling while also muting the noise of your hard drive (without using fans to drown out the noise and thus defeat the purpose :) ), I'd be curious to hear what you've done. I bought a new Western Digital 60 gig 5400 RPM drive that Storage Review and several others billed as being quiet and very cool, but mine is putting out a pretty moderate level of heat! Enough to be uncomfortable to the touch in some spots! It's also not exactly "silent" either although not bad.

Seems like a nice cooler. However, it doesn't mention anything as far as noise insulation goes.

trust me.

you can turn off the fans and use it purely as a sound insulator. plus it will absorb some of the heat from the drive.
