If it's a WD 120GB drive then it doesn't really need to have a cooler as long as your case has adequate airflow..
However adding a fan will add a few more hours to it's life and stability...
I suggest this one as it's cheap and fairly quiet I owned the older plastic version and it served me well.. this newer one looks that much nicer..
Anyone know of reports about HDD coolers causing HDD problems because of the vibrations? Someone mentioned this to me that several people had suggested this (on storagereview?).
