actually, there are two different types of harddrive coolers. the one rrzreme is probably referring to is where you attach your harddrive to a big heatsink/fan combo that fits in the 5.25 bay. they are still harddrive coolers because they cool your harddrive , but are put in the 5.25 slot so you can have more fans to cool the harddrive.
another kind of harddrive cooler is a piggyback cooler where it attaches to the bottom of the harddrive and blows the hot air back.
