Hard drive cooler?

Where can I get a good realtivly quiet Hard drive cooler? I know that they make the hard drive last longer and my 7200rpm drive gets quite hot! Is there anyway to make my own?

i use vantex ultimate for my hd cooller, get it at 2cooltek
