Hard Drive Cooler

I have bought a Akasa Aqua HD 002 hard drive cooler a couple of weeks ago. At the moment I have the fans blowing onto the side where all of the components are. Is this right? Or does it need to be on the other side?
 
This has been asked before and no one really gave a definitive answer. I would use a program like DTemp to figure out what is best for you.
