Does this mean that my hard drive is starting to go bad. I dont know if this is all linked together, but i am missing "other PCI Bridge Device" under Nvidia Network Bus Enumerator, PCI memory controller, and SM bus controller. They all have an exclamation point next to them. When i try to install the missing drivers from "hardware install wizard", it says that it has encountered an error and "access is denied." also, I've tried to install the associated drivers from nvidia, but it seems that when those drivers are installed, my pc wont boot up. it will get to the windows boot screen and just freeze. the only way the pc will work is if i dont install the nvidia driver. back to my main question, do you guys think that the two are linked? or is my HD starting to fail on me. Its been about 3 long years, a little more. I mean, my system use to crash all the time, until i installed a new, clean version of windows. now i just keep getting this HD error on restart. after windows runs a checkdisk, then everything boots up fine. please shed some light on my issues here. thanks.
