Ok, so I've only had IDE and looking to go SATA. Do I need any extra connectors to change from IDE to SATA?

I think I do for power wise, right?

Western Digital and Maxtor use the standard 4 pin molex connectors. Not sure about Segate. They would come with adapters anyhow.
