Any advice on the pro's and con's of Raid 0+1 vs. 1+0 utilizing 4 hard drives would be greatly appreciated...

Nice info, I bookmarked the link for reference... It was interesting to note Raid controllers can either be (1) Software controlled (2) Hardware controlled or even (3) "Fakeraid" controlled...
