I know windows likes a small fast drive to work off. I got in a new Dell machine and was wondering how I should prioritize my drives.
Dell dimensions 4550
2.66ghz
1 gig (2x 512) Hyper X DDR 3000 CAS 2226
60gig 7200rpm 2mb
80gig WD-SE 8MB
ATA 100 bus
Win XP home -> very likely move to Pro soon/possibly other OS's in the future like Win 2k Advanced Server.

Most of my work is done one mac G4 but I do some work on the PC as well. It's main uses will be audio mixing and editing, Flash/Dreamweaver/Photoshop, light video editing, light 3D in Lightwave, and gaming (hardware intense games like BF1942 and newest FPS's).

Now should I make a 10 gig partition on the WD-SE for windows? Leave the Dell config *bleh* until I get a hardware RAID card for RAID 5? (few weeks- couple months from now).
Would buying a SCSI card and getting a 15,000rpm 9.1gig for the boot partition be advisable/worth the cost or would the difference be negligable in most cases?

What would be the best way to go for now and what would be good plans for later.

Thanks
