Hi everyone,
I just brought 2 new (oem) SATA Maxtor (160gb) hard drive from newegg and trying to hook them up for raid 0. But I think one of the drive is clicking very loudly (every 30 sec or even less). The drives are very hot compare to my western digital raptor (740 - 10000RPM) drive. Is this because of the heat or I am getting a defective drive?
