Hard Drive Activity LED from SuperMicro AOC-SAS2LP-MV8

I'm building a new home NAS with 8x 10TB WD Red drives hooked up to a SuperMicro AOC-SAS2LP-MV8. I've read online that it is able to show hard drive activity but the cables are not included, and I can't find any other information about it...

Does anybody know about this HBA card and how I could daisy chain it to my motherboard/case's hard drive activity LED so I can see when these drives are being accessed just like my drives attached to the motherboard?

I can't find the manual on their site, so I'm gonna say you would need to use a supported backplane and supported operating system to make it work right

Yeah in my old NAS I had a couple 3x5.25-to-4x3.5 drive cages and they had activity LEDs that lit up on them, but the case I bought this time has all internal 3.5" drive bays so no drive cages. Oh well. Thanks guys.

My SuperMicro server came with this type of 8087 break out cables. It included that ribbon cable which connected to the backplane. Even then, the HDD indicators just blink on the hot swap cages and not the HDD indicator like the SATA drives.
