Hello,
I have two internal 250GB hard disks, one Western Digital and the other is Seagate. The Western Digital HDD which is my primary has the reallocated sector count value at 140 out of a total of 200 and the Seagate has a reallocated sector count of 36 out of 100 this accourding to the Western Digital diagnostics for windows. I used both hard disks programs in DOS but they tested ok. Seagate requires an error code for their RMA form, which retuned no code because it tested ok, the more I'm interested is in my primary Western Digital HDD, which has warranty intil june 2013, do you think I should make an RMA request?
Any help appreciated.
