Hard disk question

Would it really be worthwhile to get a Raptor for an OS disk as opposed to just sticking with a 3.0 Gb/s 7200RPM disk?

The SATA 2.0 spec is for 3Gbps transfer. Of course that is moot because the physical limitations of the drives put them far below SATA 1.0 spec of 1.5Gbps.
