I had posted and sought the solution for the problem of my friend's IBM HDD (41 GB) which was showing 33 GB.Finally my friend himself could find the solution of the problem.Actually in IBM HDD there is a jumper setting which sets it at 32 GB clip.By mistake that jumper was misplaced.
This s to let ou all know who tried to help me.
