Had left the computer to download, but the power faliure occured & the computer must have been shut down after the backup power was spent.
After that I lost my wifi connection, I could not ping each other, though I am getting the signal & the icon in the task bar shows connected at 54mbps.
On my desktop I cannot open network adaptor which has the TCP/ip settings.
It causes Explorer.exe generated error.

I cannot delete the wifi network connection nor I can open the TCP/ip to check. I tried disabling it but I still cannot delete it & make a new connection.
How can I restore back the old settings or else reinstal the TCP/IP.
