I've got a couple Calphalon Commercial pieces. I love 'em. I always think the food's going to stick, but it always always wipes off very easily.
Plus, I love that I can use Comet powder or Scotch-Brite pads on 'em. Plus, they can go from stovetop to oven no problem, which Teflon cannot do. The only thing you CAN'T do is put 'em in the dishwasher - it'll ruin the anodization.
Don't go for a set though, just buy the items you need. I was thinking of getting a $200 set of Calphalon Commerical pans from Amazon, but instead I got 2 pans (a saucier and an 'everyday' pan) for $35 total, and it's all I really need.
Amazon has great prices on Calphalon stuff.
