some things you just cant ignore. I picked up a 24" bolt cutter for $10 the other day. it snipped through a heavy duty bike lock as if it was made of tissue. I was highly impressed, and it didn't leave any dents at all in the cutter.

their tools have gradually evolved... I think most of their stuff does what theyre supposed to. thing is, their prices have gradually evolved too, and their not always the best choice even if you just want something cheap.
