Happy Thanksgiving Day Long Weekend!

This weekend is our Thanksgiving which is on the 2nd Monday of October.

3 days off work for me to relax and get some stuff done around the place. I made some gemelli pasta in my instant pot today.

Tomorrow will be turkey with seasoned jasmine rice for Thanksgiving dinner. Hopefully the GF will be over. She hasn't been feeling well lately, so I will wait and see.

Silly Canucks...getting easy things wrong. Thanksgiving is the 4th Thursdayin November, milk comes in jugs and cartons, NOT bags...and there is no extra "u" in words like neighbor, color, etc., and about is pronounced "abowt," not "aboot."
