Happy St. Pats! Here's the yummiest recipie

Making some now..

1) Hard boiled egg
2) cover egg with sausage
3) Roll in egg wash
4) Dip in beer batter
5) Deep fry until golden brown

Serve with spicy english mustard with some lettuce. It's food of the gods truly!

Its just a party where you drink beer (usually dyed green), and eat scambled eggs. Usually we start our party at 6am on st. pattys day.

They're pretty easy to make if you know how to deep fry. Just put 3-4" of oil in a pot and put on medium. It will take a while for the oil to heat. Heat to 350 (best to have a candy thermometer). If no thermometer then take a small 1/2" cube of bread - if it browns in exactly 50 seconds then you are at 350.

Or just go to you local pub.
