Anyone doing anything special with/for their mom today?

I wasn't going to, because she ripped off some of the Reeses out of my Easter basket this year. But when I was in dollar tree I noticed they had mother's day cards for a buck, so I caved.

Had my mom over last night, along with all her grandkids for a family get together celebrating all the moms. She was happy.

Taking her to lunch today, which should be a little quieter.

Working 12 hour day shift through the weekend, but I did go see her Thursday when I was off and brought her some flowers and a card.

Tried to call mine, to show some pictures I took. Didn't pick up.

It's also her that worries herself to death, the moment I go offline. because of network issues or a computer crash.
Well, she had her chance. 7pm is a normal time to be available.
