My wife let me get out on the bike for a few hours this morning so I just got back from a nice 30 mile ride. It was nice to get out early before the marine layer burns off and it gets hot. It is fairly humid here today so as it warms up it will be that much more uncomfortable.

I was on the bike by 7:30AM. :thumbsup:

A card from my son and my wife bought me a couple thin and breathable cycling jerseys. :thumbsup:

Too bad we have to drive up to Los Angeles in a few minutes...I'd rather just spend the day here at home.
