Happpy Canuck Day to all my fellow Canadians and lets not forget our American friends too.

I am going to relax all day Thursday and have a home cooked meal for once. Roast beef with potatoes, onions, carrots and some nice Canadian beer.

Mmmmm.

Yes.

July 1st 1867 is the founding of Canada and the enacting of the BNA more or less (British North America Act).

We were formally known as the Dominion of Canada.

I am going to work on Canada day, and without stat pay 🙁 ... I wish Canada was still known as the Dominion of Canada, that is just so much cooler.

all my family were going to go there! but then they remembered im not a citizen so they decided against it lol
 
Well since I'm a stay at home mom, I'll be home, but so will my husband. We'll probably take the littln' to a park near here where they put on a pretty good festival. Then have some some awesome fish and chips! Then maybe later head to some fire works near my b.i.l.'s house. 🙂

I love having the day off with my family! 😀
