So yes, it's my B-day . . ..

Anyhoo, got a question for y'all globetrotters:

Say you're born in China/Indian/Japan and you move to the CONUS or vice versa: that means technically, you're born a day ahead/behind where you are.

So, if that were the case, would you celebrate your birthday on the date of your birth, or would you adjust your birthdate to coincide with your "real-time" date of birth?

Doesn't really matter. At some point in the day the days overlap. I'm at most 12 or 13 hours ahead of the local time in the US.

whatever you want, it's YOUR day. unless you're trying to get free goodies from restaurants, then the current date as compared to your birthdate as listed on your drivers license or passport.
