Well, you're not allowed to feel like crap on this day!

About 6 months ago I decided the smokes had to go. I went the Chantix route. It really helped. It has some down sides (makes some nausious (not me) and can make you sleep funny (I dream more actively while taking it)), but I really do feel better without the smoking. (but still mad that I can't anymore)

Actually, I'm glad to hear that we have a bunch of folks from an older generation into high tech stuff - my own father has (cue sound effects) The Touch of Death with all things electronic. 😉
