I was like you once, a pious soul searching to preserve this forum from seemingly inevitable decay. Once I reached about 5000 I didn't care anymore. The same will happen to you. You will join our ranks. Resistance is futile.
 
I'm getting there myself, but I'm not going to make a post about it. It's not that I won't be happy and have a sense of accomplishment, it's just that I already know in the back of my mind that it's sad, and that will only magnify that feeling.
