The sound is amazing...

I still think my old Mirage's would outdo these with the mids but otherwise I find them to be fantastic... the reciever is a beaut but needs cleaning. It was quite a bit of power to it :D

I started out with Quiet City (Copland/Berstein) and it sounds so beautiful. I think I notice some harshness with clarinets/oboes but the french horns sound glorious.

For $100 I can't complain. I missed out on something similar that would've totaled $60 but this was worth it:)

edit: it turns out that I had accidentally left an equalizer on which had worsened the sound. I disabled it and this setup CAME TO LIFE! It sounds amazing now. I am listening to some Cerati (11 simfonias etc) and the orchestra sounds absolutely brilliant..:heart:
