I stopped reading at "LEDs"

What no LCD TV?

Nah, that's their other concept tire.

Tires can be weird though. My buddy bought a brand-new Mini Cooper with run-flat tires. First week in he ran over a nail and they told him he had to replace all 4 tires due to the run-flat system. Cheapest he could get them was like $675 or something ludicrous, all for a nail in just one tire.

i-flex is the stupidest name ever.

Anyway this is just a cool concept that is years if not decades off imho, it's rare enough to punctuer your tire so huge additional cost of those would not be worth it at least in the beginning.

uhm weird, I'd understand changing both tires on the same axle.

I saw these from Michilen about 10 years ago (tweel). According to wiki it seems there are issues at high speed. Wonder if Hankook has the same issues.

Flat tire has never been an issue for me and when it was, it was a VERY mild issue (if that).

And this is not a tire, it's a wheel/tire.

;)
