Hi,
I am experiencing sudden hangups on my new computer which I think are caused
by my video card (X800XL Ultimate). The hangups occur randomly when playing
or just surfing around causally. What happens is that the picture gets
completely distorted. However, the computer still responds to user input.
For example, when playing I can still hear sounds and using the keyboard I can
navigate around and turn the computer off.
My specs are the following:
Abit AX8 (K8T890)
Corsair Value Select 2x512Mb
AMD Athlon64 "Winchester" 3200+
Sapphire Radeon X800XL Ultimate
Tagan 380W (22A@12v)
+1 HD, +1 DVD Player, +1 Case Fan
Using all the latest drivers.
Anyone who have had similar problems and have some advice for me
or maybe someone knows if there are any compability problems
between these components?
