Hangup installing WinXP

I'm installing Windows XP Pro SP2 on a new system build. I've already overcome other issues by slipstreaming to SP2 since PCIe-x16 wasn't supported in with my purchased copy of XP Pro SP1.

I have a feeling it's not finding the HD. I'm using RAID-0 on (2) WD Raptor 74GB HD's. I have a Supermicro X7DAE motherboard, my bios give me options for Adaptec SAS/SATA Raid, or Intel ESB2 SATA Raid. I've tried both, creating arrays that were found on boot, and succesfully initialiezed. I've created the Raid driver disk and install it during Windows setup.

What's going on.

So it's not a RAID or HD issue. I unpluged one of the WD Raptors and disabled RAID, using it as a regular HD and it hung in the same spot. I unpluged the last Raprtor, and put in a spare ATA 20GB HD, and it too hung in the same spot. I previously tried another WinXP Pro SP2 disk I "found", so I don't think it's the slipstream disc.

So it's something else, here's my hardware:
CPU (2x) Intel Xeon 5130 (Woodcrest) 2.0GHz Dual-Core 1333MHz
MB Supermicro X7DAE, Dual LGA771 sockets, PCI-E x16, 2x Gb Lan
VID PNY nVida Quadro FX 1500 PVE, PCI-E x16, 256 MB GDDR3
PSU Supermicro PWS-0060, 645w low noise
HD (2x) WD Raptor 74GB drives in RAID-0 (stripped), 10,000 RPM

I narrowed it down to the nVidia Quadro video card. I removed the PCI-e x16 card and put in an old-skool PCI VGA card and it got past that screen.

I checked nVidia and PNY's support sites for FAQ's relating to this issue, but found nothing. Are there video drivers too I need to install on windows setup?

No, finish the XP install with the PCI card, then shutdown and replace it with the PCI-E.
