Hangs on Verifing DMI Pool data

Allrighty then. My comp hands on the verifying DMI Pool data. What is this pool, and anyone have any Ideas as to why it is hanging?

Computer info:
550 Athlon classic (slot A)
Epox EP-7KXA Mainboard
savage 4 Video
Cheep unknown Nic
256 meg pc100 crucial mem

Any Ideas?

Try resetting the PnP info in your BIOS? There's an option in the PnP section for this, but I don't recall the exact name. It has solved this problem for me in the past.
