I drank 3 pints of bud light with dinner.....got home and drank a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. (needed to make space in the fridge)

Anyhow, I finished off the wine probably 2 hours ago, but my head is starting to throb. I fear that tomorrow I may be hungover. What should I do now to prevent being late for work due to alcohol again. I don't want to get fired.

I make a banana/honey milk shake and down some vitamins and ibuprofen. You'll be good to go come morning.

drink plenty of water

typically mixing wine with any other liquor will give you a headache (doesn't happen to me but I know a lot of people who say this)

a good drinking pace evened out with water throughout an evening always works for me. If you binge drink then just pass out or drink one glass of water afterwards you are gonna get a hangover.

What? Are you a priest???

I can't help myself when it comes to good wine. I always forget that it's more potent than beer since it doesn't have the bite of liquor. I only get 5 glasses out of a bottle so I go through them in no time. :(

I once heard that pediasure (some drink for babies) helps a lot. However, I've never tried it. Water usually works well for me.

I hear it's good to take B vitamins after a binge. That never really seemed to affect my hangovers but it's good for you in the long run anyway. Lots of water is the order for the day, although that never helped me that much either. A good rule of thumb is that if you're sober enough to stay awake and drink water to avoid a hangover then you're probably too sober to have a bad hangover anyway.

Best thing you could do now is water, perhaps an aspirin or advil.

Next time, drink less and not on a night you need to work, dumb ass.

Tonight:
Water or gatorade - got to rehydrate your body.

Future:
If you can't not drink a whole bottle, then don't uncork it on a work night. Or invest in a wine fridge so you don't have to drink to make space for other stuff.
