Handspring Visor PDA problems...

Fired up my handy PDA yesterday, and the touch screen wasn't working right... It seems to only read vertical positions, not horizontal ones... I tried resetting and calibrating the touch screen, but it still wont work. Can stuff like that be tinkered with to make work again on the inside? Anyone have any experience with this? My wife wont let me get a new one. Which is sooo stupid because its the only thing that keeps me organized at home and at work.

Yup, doesnt seem to be calibrated wrong (unfortunately)
