Hands free cell phone kits: Really hands free?

you still have to press buttons on your cell phone to pick up calls. they aren't truly hands free yet

Some kits pick up the call after 1-2 rings so you dont have to press any button.

My cell phone automatically picks up calls after the first ring if I have my hands-free in.
