Handicap qualifications

Since when does being an overweight fat ass qualify members of the U.S. Population as overweight. Parking lots are being flooded with handicap spaces in order to accomodate these fat asses, one must be careful in the grocery store not to get run over by some chunky butt on their motorized scooter, and do not dare look in the wrong direction when the whale bends over to pick something up.

LOL - it's funny you post this because I was just cussing about this today. I'm at the grocery store and I swear ... 4 different obese people had handicap permits. Well, when I get tired of fighting for a parking spot, I'm gonna turn into a fat ass so I can park close to the store.

It's ironic because the fat people are the ones who need the exercise so they should be walking the longest distance!!!

god help you if you ever get in front of a fatass on a motorized scooter.
if you hear that little beeping horn, you better be ready to dive headfirst out of the way.

Because of the stupid ADA law...

The Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") defines a "disability" as a "physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of such individual." Employers are prohibited from discriminating against individuals who actually have such a disability, are regarded as having such a disability, even if they do not have one in actuality, or have a record of having had such a disability.

Note the phrases "actually have such a disability" and "are regarded as having..." So you don't actually have to be disabled, just perceived as being not being able do something... But then isn't it ironic that it's perceptions that have to do with them getting protected status.
