Handheld GPS for Geocaching

I will probably pick it up from Best Buy, but if none of them see like a good deal, or if I find a better model, I might buy elsewhere.

Here is their page:

Again, this is for Geocaching. I saw the cheapest one (Garmen Etrex) only has a compass telling you where to go with no map. Although this would probably work, if I only had to fork over another $50, I would prefer to have a map. The Triton 200 appears to have a map.

What models would you suggest?

Thanks!

Well, I ended up buying the Triton 200 at EMS. It was the same price. I found one cache today, and I am pleased with it. However, I don't want to have to manually enter the points for every cache. One the website:
http://www.geocaching.com/
They make it so that you can simply download each cache onto your GPS, however, this is only supported by Garmin GPS's. I would like to keep my Magellin, but how can I load the caches onto it?

They list some applications on this page:
http://www.geocaching.com/seek...ng=-122.348306&dist=25
But I am not sure how to use them.

Help?

Thanks!

Garmin has their own proprietary communcation codec or whatever, so if you have a magellan you are out of luck. It looks like on the cache pages there are two different files you can download - a LOC Waypoint file and GPX eXchange file, you'll have to see which one your magellan supports.

As for geocaching, those aren't applications, they are just coordinates to get to a cache. You just need to enter them into your gps and find it (or download the cache coord files).

Oops, sorry, the link doesn't work. When you choose to download all of the caches, it brings you to the page I was mentioning.
