hand strengtheners for forearms?

I just picked up some FatGriptz and have been using them with barbell and dumb bell training. I've only been using them for a few weeks so its hard to tell, but they sure are a work out for my hands and forearms. My left hand has always felt MUCH weaker due to a wrist injury I had as a kid, I think its finally starting to catch up to my right hand with these babies.

No offense but degrees/certifications do kind of define one's knowledge in a certain areas, especially medical and health fields. You can only go so far just by chatting people up and reading the internet.

Yes I agree - you can only go so far - ... and textbooks btw (adding to your list) - I love text books / educational books...

and I wasn't justifying - you just kept implying you knew my educational level... I would have said nothing otherwise. :)
