Hand skin problem?

I just got out of the shower, and the palms of my hands are all dry/dead. looks kind of scalyish...is this psorisasis(sp?)? Anybody have/had anything similar...im kind of worried....

EDIT - looks as if the dead/dry part is symmetrical...weird...

this stuff works for me, my hands started drying out a few years ago, so bad i get deep cracks that bleed
this is the only stuff that has helped me
