Hand-held o-scopes?

Need some help techs, geeks, and engineers; I'm getting awfully tired of lugging old Tektronix 2246' around and I'm hoping for a half-pint alternative. Could anyone recommend a PDA-sized alternative? 2 Channels plus and synch line would be great, but if it sync's well enough on one channel that would be fine my application. Thanks for your thoughts, opinions, and suggestions!

i dont know about PDA sized, but we have a THS700 at work, which is a nice portable digital o-scope about the size of a small tablet PC. dont have the exact size, but i'd guess a little smaller than a sheet of paper, and about an inch thick. even has a built in rechargeable battery so you can unplug it and use it away from outlets

Do you lug around a laptop too?

What kind of bandwidth are you looking for? Price?
Page through Circuit Cellar magazine, there are lots of ads for USB connected scopes and logic analyzers.
I believe you can download a free pdf issue from their website.

We actually have one of the Fluke 120 series but it's in for calibration. Ti works well for certain applications, but if I could find one even smaller than that I'd be pretty thrilled.

To be honest, the fluke works great. I'd just like something that could be equipped almost like a multi-tool, perhaps worn on a belt. It's not a huge need, but I'm just a bit surprised that nothing ultra-compact has emerged.

As for our requirements, 100Mhz BW is plenty. I can't say price is no object, but it's not a deal breaking issue.
