Hand Brake Audio problem

have an wierd problem that I hope someone would have an answer to. I'm in the process of backing up dvds using handbrake. I have no problem ripping or doing the conversions, however a wierd problem has crossed my path. I ran across a video that will convert with no problem, however the audio is not present when playing back through wmp, yet it works fine in VLC and Quicktime. The rest of my .mp4 videos work fine in media player, so i'm sure my encoding is fine. I'm using the latest divx h.264 decoder for wmp. The odd thing is that when playing through VLC and Quicktime, everything works great and there are no sync issues so i'm stumped. I would let it slide, but these videos are destined for a Media Center PC so if they don't work with windows media player/center then thats a problem.

Can anyone give any tips on what the problem might be?
