Halp! Any better way to mix protein "shake"?

Anyways, I am just putting protein powder in a dixie party cup then pouring skim milk onto it and mixing hard with a plastic spoon.... its clumps up like heck! However here at school I don't have access to a blender. Any ideas?
 
Nonfat milk, nonfat yogurt, and two bananas. Around 30, 40 grams of protein (something like that) and much tastier than any of the whey crap.
 
Get a cup made for it - like GNC sells them for like $5 - has a measuring chart on the size for oz - just a cup with a lid that seals tight - throw your protein in, some milk, put the cover on and shake for 10-30 seconds. Should have a little filter at the top (removable) to help break the chunks up. (I dont use the filter though)

BTW, milk gets real old real fast - you can try using juice (any kind) to mix with the shake, helps keep things not quite as boring
 
i use a shaker bottle. a good trick it to mix it the evening before you workout & leave it in the fridge.
when i do this there are no powder lumps in the mixture in the morning.
 
Hey dude go to the nearest GNC, they have these mixers that work on batteries, and they mix well and alot. I have used it since i opened my very own GNC store. Just check it out it works great and is 9.99.

i mix mine with water, you results may vary. But i just have an empty Gatorade bottle. I put some protien in the cup, pour in the bottle, fill with water, screw on the cap and shake like a madman.
