Halo Reach?

It was announced at E3. Supposed to be a prequel to the original Halo back when there were a bunch of Spartans running around. Presumably, Halo Reach will be based on The Fall of Reach novel.

Prequel game to the original Halo. Follows the story of Reach being glassed by the covenant. If you read the book it is pretty much the story of everything that happens involving Master Chief and the other spartans on his team literally hours before they open the stasis tube with MC in it on the Pillar of Autumn.

Is it assumed that this will have a new version of multi player and not just some maps ala Halo ODST? Or has anything official been mentioned on this yet?

Nothing is known beyond the title and the implication from the logo of different classes of Spartans.
