A friend of mine is trying to play halo - multiplayer, but he says everytime he tries to play online, his computer reboots.. I had him disable the auto-reboot and write down what BSOD says, here's what he gave me:

Technical Information:

***Stop:0X0000008E (0X0000005, 0XBFA74ESA, 0XF70B4AEC, 0X00000000)

***ati3d2ag.dll - Address BFA74E5A base at BF9F0000, Date Stamp 3F399BE3

Beginning dump of physical memory.
Physical memory dump complete.

Any ideas as to what i should have him do? Remove/clean and reinstall/update his ATI drivers? I'm having him post his PC specs to me ASAP, but I don't have them right now, will update this post as soon as I get them.

thanks for any help
