when i try and start it up, it says somethign about not being able to initialize direct3d, and to run dxdiag cuz theres a problem with hardware acceleration. anyone else have this problem?? why me..
reinstall direct x to the newest. My friend had a problem like you said. Told him to reinstall it since sometimes files get corrupted. Started working again fine. Try it.
I had this problem way back once with Independence War II, althought it didn't have any handy error messages. Did you actually run dxdiag to make sure that Direct3D is enabled?
If you did, and it is, go with blackstealth's suggestion.
ok no luck. i installed SP2 to try and update, and it wont go. same error, that hardware acceleration isnt enabled (even though it is, grrr). anyone else had this problem?
