I can't run it on my First Computer (listed below). It says it is having trouble initializing Direct3D or something, but I checked compatibilty in dxdiag and it passed and I have never had this problem in anything before. Anyone else having this problem?

I did and wrote about it here. The error was:

Halo - Fatal Error

Problem: A problem occured initializing Direct3D. Hardware acceleration maybe disabled, please run DXDIAG.

Machine Info: 2100 MHz, 1024MB, 128M nVidia GeForceFX 5900 (0x0331)

And I fixed it by adding these switches to the end of the shortcut's path: -vidmode 1024,768,100 (Note: The last number is the refresh rate - set it to what YOUR monitor supports, the example I used as a basis to fix it had 75 or 85.)

Hope that helps ya.

ill tell you this, reinstall drivers, what it does is a refresh rate prblem. If you have an outside program that sets your refresh rates, then this will happen. you must delete that program, and then delete drivers, then install them. This will fix the problem. DO NOT USE A REFRESH RATE PROGRAM!
