I have a http://www.pioneerelectronics....i.PRO-150FD.Kuro?tab=B

and yet when I play H3 it doesnt look anything like http://www.xboxer.tv/Halo3_004.jpg or http://cache.kotaku.com/assets...n-4plr-FP-crows-01.jpg

It just desnt look as smooth or CG'ish I guess. Ye I am running it at full 1080p, I use the HDMI cable etc.

Does forge Take Screen shots and enhance the graphics? Because the pics I see of H3 look more like models than a game. If I could get my in game graphics to look like that Iwould be WAYYY more impressed w/this game.

if this i in the wrog section please move it and I apologize.

well first of all halo 3 doesn't run in 1080p or anything, regardless of what your tv settings are.

but i dunno, halo 3 on my tv looks just like those screen shots. those aren't even the huge hi-res ones that are on bungie.net after you save a screen.

i don't see anything in those screenshots you posted that look over the top good.

Yeah the hi re ones from bungie.net are even more heart wrenching, But still The ones I posted look better than my game in play :(

Prob because it costs the same as the regular edition now, and you get a free helmet :p

No I had bought It when it first came out expecting it to be everything it was cracked up to be, I really enjoyed Halo 2. But upon playing quickly discovered it IS halo 2..with SLIGHTLY better graphics....

Because of the graphics?

Because of the gameplay, dynamics, GRAPHICS, and just about everything else. I really think h3 was a HUGE letdown...Im not a big fan of deathmatch type gaming so the online side outside of co-op doesnt appeal to me at all.

Then you got the wrong game definitely, Halo (all three) is a very poor series outside of multiplayer whichis actually very very fun.

Speak for yourself. I thoroughly enjoyed Halo 1 & 3's single player.
