I will, however, definitely be picking up MOH:A and COD4 when they're released. Can't wait!

As with any online game on XBL, just develop a good friends list of people you like to play with that aren't whiney 12 year olds. I've done this with every game so far and have had no problems.
 
halo 3 is my excuse for getting an xbox 360. So i can't wait... I will say though, I still prefer to play Halo on a lan then Halo 2.
